Exhibition in Santiago de Compostela

The work "Memorial" represents the monument to the murdered Jews of Europe, also known as the Holocaust Monument. Sobriety and elegance will be the source of an exaltation of the senses when circulating through the corridors between the concrete slabs.

These slabs have dimensions of 2.38m long and 0.95m wide, and vary in height, from 0.2m to 4.8m.

According to the project, the stelae are designed to produce an uncomfortable and confusing atmosphere, the entire monument seeks to represent a supposedly ordered system that has lost contact with human reason.
It is located in the south block of the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin. It is an architecture by Peter Eisenman, the same architect who has designed the architectural complex of the City of Culture of Santiago de Compostela.
